The doors of the church are open….and we welcome you in to serve with us!

To join in membership at the Apostolic Faith Church means to connect in relationship. It means that one has embraced and is in agreement with the model of our doctrine and is willing to support the methods of our ministries. It includes a commitment to your spiritual growth by attending worship services and bible study, presenting your tithes and offerings and participating in Kingdom Building. Your membership is a submission to a covenant with God and His people that is inclusive, compassionate and honorable.

To become a member of the Apostolic Faith Church

Follow these steps to become a member of the Apostolic Faith Church:
1	Call to make an appointment for a membership orientation at 773-382-4224
2	Attend a membership meeting
3	Sign up to take the membership class—Foundations for Spiritual Growth—by calling 773-373-8500 ext. 326 and leaving your contact information
4	After completing the membership class, participate in a new members service where you will be anointed, prayed for and welcomed into the AFC family by Bishop Smith and the congregation.
5	After the service you will receive your certificate of membership and be invited to join one of our ministries/auxiliaries
