Cancer Support Group - The new 6-week Cancer Transitions Support Group will be held on Thursdays from 6pm until 8:30pm here at AFC. This support group is open to members and non-members who are surviving cancer of any kind. We have partnered with the University Of Chicago to offer a program that will help cancer survivors at any point of treatment.
