Encourage and develop our young people as they grow - living lives of purpose, serving with their gifts, and discovering God's path for their lives.

Our desire is to win the hearts and minds of young people to Christ and to provide them with the right environment to fulfill their destiny.

We disciple and nurture them in three primary areas:

Spiritual Development
Academic/Professional Growth
Social/Kingdom Identity

Our Ministry Goals:

	Keep it young!!
	Live out God’s truth, love, and power, serving as godly examples for our young people
	Purposefully and uncompromisingly focus on and incorporate our young people in our ministry planning and execution
	Develop the next generation of leaders, worshippers, prayer warriors, academicians, professionals, and godly adults
	Support everyone that sows into our young people – serving the servants
