Elder Jonathan Banks is an ordained elder, non-profit executive, servant leader, preacher, teacher, consultant, and project manager with strengths in strategic planning, data analysis, personnel and team development, interpersonal skills, discipleship, biblical counseling, and organizational planning.

 

Elder Banks has served in ministry at Apostolic Faith Church for over 28 years under Bishop Horace Smith, M.D., where he actively serves his church and community. Elder Banks strives to help others reach their God-given potential in every area of life by challenging people to grow and inspiring them to rise. His academic and tutoring experiences helped him form a practical approach to success that he willingly shares with the next generation in his book, Raise Your G.P.A.: God’s Way to Win @ School and Life.

 

Other interests include youth mentoring, tutoring math and science, public speaking, inspirational writing, and baking for his family. Elder Banks has been ecstatically married to Jacinta for 28 years, and they are the proud parents of Jonathan II and Justin.
